Welcome, come learn how this blog started!

Welcome to AMAZING LOVE cards! We are so happy you came by to visit. Let me tell you how this little adventure came about!

My children and I have been reading and learning about orphan children in Africa and the needs these children have. God just happened to put in my path a wonderful ministry called Amazima Ministries. We were touched by the personal stories of the children and the ministry workers that are there being God's hands to these little ones. We felt a desire growing to partner in some way with this organization to help them to continue their work.

My children began with a jar on the counter that they put change into but they noticed it was so little and we wanted to do more. We are a creative family with many talents and so the idea was born to open an ETSY store called Hearts at Home Designs and sell some of our creations and donate the money to Amazima Ministires. We just opened that store this week and are waiting to see what God will do with it! This Christmas Card ministry is another idea we came up with and so here we are waiting to see how God uses this place to magnify Him!

We know this is a small way to help, but it is a beginning place, a place to start and with your help we can reach those orphans in Africa with food, clothing and most of all the love of Jesus! Won't you be a partner with us today in what God is going to be doing here? We pray you will!

How to place your order

The process:

* Pick the design you like.

* Email the pictures you would like to use and the design you picked to schenck9@ptd.net

* When sending the pictures, you can let me know of any changes you would like to the design. All colors, fonts, wording, etc. can be customized to fit your needs. If you have a favorite bible verse I can put that on your card. I can also touch up your photo and recolor to black and white or sepia tone.

* You will receive a proof within 24 hours. The number of changes you can make is unlimited. It's my goal to make sure you are 100% satisfied.

* Once you have approved the card you can paypal me the fee of $12.99 to my email. I will then send you a high resolution jpeg file for you to take the printer of your choice for printing. If you have any questions, please contact me.

Please remember that all photographs taken by a professional photographer are copyrighted. These photographs cannot be used without written release from the photographer. By submitting a photograph to me, you are saying that you are the photographer.
